Join Maddy and Casey for a sacred Imbolc Ceremony at Good Medicine Collective (231 York Street). This ancient Celtic festival marks the midpoint between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox and is a time to honor the awakening of the Earth and the return of light. Tuning into the rhythms of nature, we will connect with the theme of rebirth as the days grow longer.

You can expect:

• Opportunity to share in circle

• Gentle movement

• Sound bath meditation with Reiki

• Sauna ritual

What to bring:

• Comfortable clothing for the sauna (bathing suit recommended)

• Towel or robe

• Change of clothes

• A journal or notebook for reflection

• A small item for the altar (such as a crystal, feather, poem, etc.) - optional
